Delivery areas and lead times
We deliver by crane truck to mainland Spain, France, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. For the Balearic and Canary Islands or another country, contact us so we can check feasibility.
- Container in stock: 5 to 10 working days after receipt of payment.
- Product built or converted to order (refrigerated container, module, pool): 4 to 8 weeks.
- The exact date is confirmed in your quote, then again the day before delivery.
Transport price
Product prices are shown with VAT included, transport not included. The cost of transport depends on the distance, the type of truck and site access: it is set out in writing in your quote, before any payment.
Access requirements
- Access at least 4 m wide and 5 m high, free of obstacles (cables, branches).
- Firm ground for the crane truck and a level spot to set the container down.
- The recipient, or a person they authorise, must be present at delivery.
- Any specific constraint must be mentioned when you request your quote.
Receiving the container
Check the container on delivery. In case of damage, write your reservations on the delivery note in the driver’s presence, then send us photos within 48 hours to info@vantero.es or on WhatsApp.
Returns and withdrawal
- Consumers: you have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. Let us know by email before this period ends.
- The container must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered. Collection and return transport costs are at your expense; we tell you the amount in advance.
- We refund you by bank transfer within 14 days after the container has been collected.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products converted to your own specifications, nor to purchases made by businesses.
- A non-conforming or defective product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
