1. Seller

2. Products and prices
The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Prices are stated in euros, VAT included, excluding transport costs. Transport costs are set out in a written quote before the order. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering. For an order placed on the website, the transport price is sent within 24 working hours together with the pro forma invoice: if that price does not suit the customer, the order may be cancelled free of charge before any payment.
3. Orders
Orders are placed on the website or by written acceptance of a quote, and are confirmed by email. For a product in stock, the sale becomes binding on receipt of full payment. For a product built or converted to order, it becomes binding on receipt of a 30{cfb79854785957970a4413c261d3b3cf2f94a212bd5d65a7497bec3a0771cd23} deposit.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. The balance is paid before delivery. Ownership passes upon payment of the full price.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by crane truck in the countries listed on the Shipping and returns page. Lead times are indicative and confirmed in the quote. The customer guarantees access that meets the conditions described on that page. Any reservations in case of damage must be written on the delivery note and confirmed in writing within 48 hours.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer buyer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw, by informing VANTERO in writing. Return costs are borne by the buyer. The refund is made within 14 days after the product has been collected. This right also applies to catalogue models built to order. It does not apply to conversions carried out to the customer’s own specifications, nor to business purchases.
7. Guarantees
A consumer buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer protection law: 3 years for a new product and 1 year for a used product, from delivery. No additional commercial guarantee is granted unless stated in writing in the quote.
8. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint should be sent to info@vantero.es. Consumers may also use the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) free of charge. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the protective provisions of the consumer’s country of residence.
